Silvia k doesn't start after new clutch

Ok 89 ps13 silvia k. Non start after a new clutch. Have narrowed it down to a issue before the starter circuit. Is there any security in the factory ecu that needs reset after the battery has been removed? Also would the neutral safety switch being looped cause any issues?

^^yeah good call.....the neutral safety or clutch safety switch....the rubber always breaks and falls out of there so when you press the pedal to start the car it doesn't get pressed therefore the starter circuit won't engage. I got a bolt in mine!
