Not a bad start. You should really put more thought into what you want to do first. Are you planning on just having a blog or what? This goes for what to put on the site too. Do you want to have a bunch of random articles, or just builds, events... it's all up to you.
If you leave the music, do something longer than a 10 second loop. If someone is reading an article on there, it'll get real annoying real quick. Also have an option for visitors to mute it if they don't want to hear it.

k music i was kinda iffy on so thank you for that opinion and i was thinkin about having a build thread on there and like a blog and stuff but i just got bored and decided to make this. there really isn't a meaning. i advertise online and do internet marketing mostly and deal more with sales and stuff online so i figured why not doing something for myself for a change. thank you guys again.

lol. This.
But seriously what is the site about? What makes it different then the other 10 million drifting related sites? Why should people go there, and why should they come back? Coming out with a drifting site right now is kind of a day late and a dollar short. Not saying you shouldn't do it, but you need to have a real good product to stand out. The site currently looks like it's out of 2002.
