Engine problems

Hello everyone I have an s14 with the KA24DE with cold starts it will take multiple cranks to start up the car and when it starts it'll idle irregularly until it levels out (levels out low at 800rpm) roughly, has anyone had this problem before I know MAFs are known to go bad on 240s

Your IACV might be bad or clogged a little.

Is your cel on?

It used to be for an Evap issue but I disconnected the battery like 2 months ago to splice some lights and it never came back on

Have you ever changed your coolant sensors?

If it never leveled out, I would have thought that it was a vacuum leak.

Nope but I flushed the coolant when I switched out my leaky waterpump not too long ago

I had a rich idle issue with my KA-T and when I changed the coolant sensors, it helped significantly. So it's not the coolant in question because if the sensors are not reading the temperature correctly, you could still have issues.

I might start there because they are just a few dollars each.
