Still getting speed cut

I got the broken speedo "speed cut" so i replaced it with the JDM cluster. When i rev to 6k in 3rd gear it still cuts. The new cluster works, speedo and tach. BTW, its a '90 SOHC.

Id suggest jus shellin out the 70 for the greddy speed cut remover, its not worth runnin in safe/limp mode or whatever your ecu might do that changes your fuel map etc.

Purchace an auto ecu.

That'll fix your problem right there.

Fix your speedo, thats probably why the ECU hasn't fixed anything.

Where can i get a Greddy Speed Cut Remover?

I'm afraid that the CEL on the JDM cluster is in a different location as the SOHC cluster, So the CEL won't come on.... Any solutions to that?

How do i get outta "safe mode"?
