Wow. Thats fucking fucked up.

Although that was definitely a scam, something similar happened to a previous neighbor of mine. The guards let a repo man through to tow his truck that was done and paid for. Some bank error put the order in. Guards had to let him through as the police was with the repo man. Next day all hell broke lose as he went down to the storage yard with all his papers and everything to prove ownership. Neighbor was a buff 6'4 firefighther, haha.
