It's hard to tell but those could be the 4 lug 17x9 + 20's.

but they could also be those 17x8's...dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnnn.

I couldn't make out the tire size on my monitor at work. You're right. The way the tire fits, they look like the 17x8's.

those are 8s

9 +20 has a "deeper" center, like the ones on the rear of this pic

My guess would be that Dupli-Color Clear Effex, I used it on some stuff around here and its badass.
