S13 Manual Shifter rebuild
A transmission shop once told me they rebuilt my stock shifter years ago before I put in the B&M short shifter.
Is there such a thing as rebuilding the stock shifter? |

I think you can replace that little bushing on the bottom of your shifterrr.
And for sure I know you can change out the springs to give it a more legit feel. HKS even makes a little kit! HKS 27006-AN001 Shift Return Spring Kit SR20DET

i know this is old but just want to clarify for anybody looking this up in the future...
yes it is possible to rebuild your stock shifter. not just by replacing the one bushing on the bottom but the other pieces as well. 32204P - Snap Ring; Part number: 32204-V5004 32850N - Socket Assy; Part number: 32870-V5003 32879 - spring/washer; Part number: 32876-03G61 32862 - Boot; Part number: 32862-V5001 anddd... Shifter Bushing 32861-H7301
