My s13 has no brake lights?

Ok so driving home from the PGP event last week my gf called me and told me hey you have no brake lights, you have regular tail lights but no brake lights.

I though hmm weird.

I got home, went to bed and was at it the next morning.
I checked every fuse in teh entire car, kick panel, enginebay, fuse relays, everything that had a fuse i pulled it and checked them. All my fuses are 100% ok.

So i went and replaced the light bulbs just to be sure it wasnt them. I replaced them and still no lights.

I checked all the connections, they are all plug'd in nice and secure. Still no lights.

I looked for grounds i see no grounds in the hatch/trunk/spare area anywhere for grounds because the one on the trunk latch. Its there and in perfect condition.

Only ting i did to the rear of my car before it stopped having brake lights was remove teh rear bumper to put a tow strap on for drifting requirements.

I called around found out it could b my brake sensor, so i went and got a new one from baxters, put it in and still no lights.

Does anyone have any idea why my brake lights wouldnt work?

are your lights on all the time?

by brake sensor do you mean the ones in front and behind the pedal assemble?

check the little grommets that push in the sensors.

It's a simple circuit. Pull out the FSM and go to the brake lights. It goes battery, fuse, fuse, switch, bulb, ground.

There is a broken component in the circuit.

I recommend using a multimeter and measuring voltage between one of the prongs on the brake fuse and a good ground. You should get voltage all the time.

If there is power, the problem is in the car. If not, the problem is somewhere under the hood, and most likely in the left fender harness.

g6 i did have exposed wires, after the event but i did take off the fender, cut the tape, and retaped every wire by themselves so there was no wires touching other wires.

That's a good sign that you're not getting power to the underdash fusebox.

Do the quick check I said above and see.

Do you notice that some other equipment not working?
