Okay, the only sensors you will connect are the speed sensor and the reverse sensor, most of us dont wire in the other sensors because they are a pain to do and you will most likely still be using ur auto harness.

Clutch pedal assembly looks pretty complete to me. Just find a bit to drill a hole in the firewall and bolt that sucker up. You can get a hardline from any automotive store, just make sure you get the right one. They come straight so you can bend it how you want. A stainless steel softline is an upgrade for the stock softline that came with the car. GET IT unless you are low on funds.

The rubber inner shift boot is the same for both cars. This helps to reduce road noise and to keep heat from entering the car. you can pick them up at junkyards cheap. You can keep the center console. You will need an s13 center console. (CHEAP) dont get an s14 one cuz they wont fit and are more expensive.

You will also need all the internal clutch work. Clutch, flywheel plus all necessary bolts for them. Also auto tranny bolts wont work. you need some extended 5 speed bolts for the tranny. As for driveshaft, you can just find the front half, back half is the same. If you get it from a junkyard, dont forget to keep the driveshaft bolts.

GOOD LUCK!!

VG

I'm feeling nice.

k2rd.com has a stainless line for cheap, it's same unit for an FC3S RX-7, or you can get one from splparts.com The hardline can be bought at the dealer for about $13, if they don't show to have it available get an S14 one, it works with a little tweaking. Easy shit, you'll see once it's on the car.

You can use your existing console and trim, the shift boot screws into the bottom of the trim. You'll see once you remove it, the auto trim plate comes off and leaves a larger opening for the manual boot. That will need to be S13. The rest of the rubber boots and steel retaining ring below can be from any 89-98 240SX. You can find the rubber boot aftermarket on Ebay now since it's in demand, the ring is $60 at the dealer but I have seen people take their old auto shifter and cut the ring off of it, supposedly the Frontier/Hardbody ring will work too. Find a wrecked one and see.

The switches they gave you are trash. As are three others on the transmission. Reverse (if you want reverse lights) and speed are all that is required. Please don't go to that dark place 240 owners go where they want to plug in the neutral, 4th gear, and 5th gear switches, the wiring doesn't exist in the chassis and they're not used for anything you need.

Everything else is straight forward, if you can do a clutch job then you're gold.

There's a pretty decent step by step write up on this in the latest issue of Project Car. Goes over parts, removal and reinstall. It's not bad if you wanna get some more information on it.

you seem to be missing the manual tranny adapter plate, and shifter/knob.

I'm feeling nice again.

46540 is the pedal.

Buy a 1pc driveshaft. For the money spent to get the OE one right you're better off getting a nicer, lighter, easier to rebuild unit.

Those brackets simply hold the harness to the transmission, they're not 'bent' per say, they're bendable anyway.

The switches are labeled in the FSM, neutral, 4th gear, 5th gear, and reverse, but all you need (and have the wiring in the chassis for) is reverse. Cut the plugs off the others and leave them alone, they're useless to you. Seriously, people always expect a manual lower harness and all switches to just plug right in to an auto chassis, the car was never wired for it though. Save your time and just hardwire the reverse lights and the VSS plugs right in. Done and done.

Clutch kit comes with a new throwout bearing but inspect the retainer. If it's marred up badly or out of round, replace it.

Hardline is 30650. The bracket in question (30651D) holds the hardline/rubber line fitting to the frame rail, but the S13 part is NLA. Find an S14 one.

I'm done being nice. Please research from now on, this is very remedial, well documented shit. Seriously.
