LS1 with s13 HUD

I remember reading about needing some sort of signal converter(???) to run between the harness and cluster that the stock tach will work, could someone point me in the right direction of what I'd need to keep the existing HUD cluster working?

PS. I did in fact search and came up with nothing.

Thanks

if you are wondering about tach, a converter isn't needed. I wired up my ls1 into my S14 without a converter and I just wired an ls2 two days ago into a s13 with HUD as well.

Alright, were the harness's done up by HSC.com? I'm thinking i may just pay the $$ to get them to do the harness and save myself the huge hassle it may be.
