I would not even try Testors stuff. Just bad things being said hahah.
For clear parts such as headlights, tail lights, corners, fogs, mirrors, and even PE (Photoetched parts) I use small amounts of Tamiya Clear. The one in the 10mL bottle. Once its dry its clear and wont damage any paint. |

yeah quite frankly i only use those testors glues cause I have them lying around. I avoid their spray can paints as much as possible. the nozzles they use suck and cause orange peel. only line of paints i highly recommend are their one coat lacquer. they look very nice. my 240 posted on page 1 is an example. ill also use a few colors for interiors and thats it. for bottled paints i use their model masters paints to brush on before flaking the fuzz fur.
i got somd pictures of my chassis butchering. when i get back in town I'll post them. not pretty but its not like many will look under. |

What do you mean bodies? Body kits? There arent many around so most often people scratch build using styrene plastic, putty and sanding things. Parts you search around. Aoshima sells wheels individually. EightyOne81 sells some kits but for ridiculous prices. Their wheels are at more reasonable prices.

This is what I did in the front. I forgot to mention this is the graphite dust S14 I posted earlier.
I didnt mention that after several attempts at getting height and camber to look right on both sides, I ended up destroying the shocks from so much cutting. I ended up using tube styrene to create the inside, gauge wire for the shocks and thin styrene cut round to hold the shocks in place. |

Awesome stuff. I bought two WRC subaru models the last time I was in japan. I really need to build them. This would be a lot cheaper than buying more parts for my project cars. haha
