Cluster still won't work!

Ok so i checked the voltage from each light on the back of the cluster and everything is right so i checked my tcu and its not burnt out so now im stumped is there anything else i should check or do i just have a pos car lol please give me some feedback!

well when i bought the car the cluster lights werent working but the gauges were so i did some researching and i checked the voltage on all the bulbs that light up the cluster and the voltage was right where it should be. Then i checked to see if the tcu was burnt out and that was good i changed the dimmer switch and still no lights so i dont know what to do now!

I'm having the same exact problem can some one please help us out all of interior lights work except the guage cluster and climate control lights.
