hey, so my fan clutch is going out. Yeah I could go electric but I was going to try and source a new clutch first. I know I could go to Nissan and get one for an SR20det but I was going to call local auto part stores first. Would the SR20de fan clutch work?

r u refering to fwd sr20? if so they dont have clutch fans...try ka not sure if they will work...but worth a shot

yeah. I didnt know about the de having no fan. I guess that makes sense haha. Ive already searched. The KA doesnt fit

i have an sr and i was wondering how much hp id free up if i removed my clutch fan and just ran some electrics to my thermostat?

try finding used!!! there are a ton of JDM shops that have used ones kicking around. You can probably find a used one for around 30 bux.

Wow 168 used is almost enough for a good set of dual electric fans.
