How to adjust camber for Megan Street Coilovers

I've just recently had my car aligned with toe, caster to be within spec. I had the front run negative camber, the front left is -2.9 and the right is -2.7. The thing is, the tech who did the camber adjustment maxed out my left coilover, but didnt max out my right one (which he thought he did). There's a little piece of rock that blocked it from being max, so I guess he assumed it was maxed. Now without me bringing it back to the shop, how would I adjust the camber to it'll be equal with the front left? I assume you lift up then front end, losen the two hex screws, and move it all the way and tighten it back up? Would that affect the toe and caster?

I don't have to do this, but knowing my front left is maxed and my front right isn't, it bothers me quite a bit. Reason I'm running negative camber is to clear my fenders with the new wheels (which it does clear with the current specs now).
