ok any ways i just went under the car and i found this:

and i am assuming this is the valve:

if this is it then im pretty sure i know what to do from here

ok so i started bleeding my system , and fluid started to come out but after a few more times , fluid stoped coming out but theres still a lot in the resevoir

That means you have alot of air in your system. Did you take out the dampener box? If you didn't, it'll take you AWHILE to bleed it. If you take it out, it'll take you 5 mins tops.

Looks like it probably is air in your system but anyway. There's another possibility why it would be squishy and not return correctly so i'll just throw it out there.

There's a push rod (this happened to me before) that might be breaking or adjusted wrong. It basically looks like a U bracket with a rod in the center of the U connected to the clutch. If it's adjusted wrong the clutch will feel squishy and all that weird stuff. If the rod is threaded too far in the clutch pedal will not return correctly, if its too far out then i think it engages high? i forget but you might wanna check that though it does sound like it is probably air in your system. good luck.

no clutch damper feels better man. Just remove the damper lines, and bend the hardline to meet up with the line going to clutch MC. "damper delete" It feels better driving the car without the damper if you ask me. just lets you feel the clutch a bit better. no need to put it back in.

ummm, i see a little fluid under my pedal on the little button thing that connects to the outside. could it possibly be a leak on my master cylinders?

Replace your master cylinder. I suggest also replacing the slave cylinder, both will cost around $50 total.
