Yeah, I spun with all the meat in the car, then trying to do 360s. Those are hard. Another good one when the 912s just didnt want to live anymore. Though the wall was gonna hurt LOL

There is nothing like drifting under stadium lights in a 5 car tandem. I thank the organizers and look forward to March.

I don't think it is brought up enough that tires last a super long time here.
I ran on the same tires all day. I should have changed them for the last half hour (became almost impossible not to spin during tandem).

odi you killed it yesterday~!!!!

i went thru only 4 tires all day. 2 were achilles and they're shit tires to begin with, the other 2 were michelins that suck for drifting, i shoulda ran em backwards. but the surface of this track is way smooth and really easy on tire wear. nothing like el toro.

Wow. This event was awesome. First event I've been to in over a year, and definately worth going too, although it made me miss my car more than ever.

Thanx to Jason for letting me ride with him, and Ernie allowing it.

5 car tandem was brutal to the max!

Great to see a lot of people and to put faces behind the usernames on here and socal-drift. good to see you as well steve. Itd been a longtime, and I was bummed to not see you drive your CA.

Can't wait for march. Might be able to drive this time.

Overall feeling and rating of this event was a triple SHAWIIIING!!!!

Yeah, I came over prepared, as usual. Next time, 2 pairs only, lol. BTW, fixeded my car. Turns out my alarm was interrupting the power to my ignition switch. The heat must have damaged some circuitry in the brain. Bypassed the alarm and bam, ignition. Yay
