Suspension help!
Hello everyone! I recently purchased a full set of rwd skyline r32 shocks and lowering springs. I was under the impression that they would bolt right up to my s13 hatch but some people are advising me they won't. I spent quite abit of money on them and would like to run them. Any help to figure out how to make them work would b great. Thank you!

just did the swap on my s14 its harder than it seemed but not to bad.
1st you will have to pull the rear knuckles off 2nd pull the rear hubs off... the 4 bolts on the back of the hub then take it off. might be hard but they do come off. 3rd you will have to use a dremill tool or a big ass drill bit and bore out the hole on the back of the knuckle just a little bit to get the pin through. dont do it too much though! 4th install the new dust plate 5th put the hubs back on 6th put the e brake on 7th hook up the e brake cables 8th put the disc on and the adjust the pads be prepared to have lots of slack in the e brake just make sure that when you adjust the pads that there just barely rubbing and then tighten up the cable its self. if there new cables they will stretch out so you will have to tighten the cable up everyonce in a while. Do you have the z32 bmc? does it have the 3rd fitting? Let me know if you have any other questions |
