i wish i could find parts, but there arent any good junkyards around my area that have good cars.
you should ask some of the people from Okinawa because i know they have some good junkyards, atleast when i was there they were good. you can also pull your own parts there unlike here. |

American owned cars in japan have the letter "Y" in front of the big numbers. Or on k-cars it will have the letter "A" in front of the big numbers. When the car is owned by a japanese person it will usually have a one of the hiragana letters in front. but you can still have j-plates if you are an american but you have to pay alot more for JCI, taxes, etc. also you get harassed by the MPs more if you have j-plates.

Hey, Im at Yokota AB, so you dont have a car, that sucks. I can get parts for people, I know where all the good parts stores are(new and used), I just cant get any motors or front clips, cause they are to heavy to ship from the base post office.

DSTYLE-- Just finished the NAVY after 8 years in Atsugi. I live in Yokohama now, you go to Daikokufuto yet? If not Friday? You have a ride? My FD is plateless for a while, but if you want to see nice rides thats where to go, also there is a CAR Show just off the wangan, in a few more days, give me a shout if you want to go, I might have spare tickets..hehe
