I feel like dubstep has gone way to far into hiphop territory. On top of that the dirty feel of the old tracks have all but jumped to DnB.

It just depends on the DJ I like some of the more hip hop/DnB type but it seems like a lot of it sounds super "house-ish" to me which makes me wanna stab myself in the ear with a sharp stick.

That last song for example just sounds like dirty house to me.

I like a few different types of dub step and drum and base. I can get down with the poppy/trancy stuff and the super grimey dirty shit.

I have been listening to a lot of dubstep/grime lately. I've found a couple of tracks I like, but it gets repetitive after a while. I was going to get a drum machine to mess around on when I get bored, this makes me want to do it even more.

I know the video is more towards grime but I'm just gonna leave this here:

I like some electronic music but I must say the few songs I listened to in this thread are not very good.

It's blown up in my area VERY recently. I guess I don't get it.
