Isis exhaust hangs too low?

I put my isis single gt last night on my s13 only to find that against all the reviews it did not fit well. The bottom of the exhaust sits roughly 3" lower than the frame rail. I have isis o2 housing downpipe and test pipe. The rear section of the catback fits great - my only problem is the center piece. Has anyone else come across this issue and/or found a solution? I'm waiting to hear back from both isis and enjuku to see how I should proceed - but it's looking like I'm going to have to modify it in order for it to be installed properly.

I'm having the same problem, I really don't know why they designed it like that. That's the only real complaint I have with it. It looks like I'm just going to have to cut it and reweld it. Really wish it were easier!

I ended up loosening everything, jacking the exhaust up as high as it would go. Tightened the bolts and used a clamp and some exhaust strapping to hold it up at the subframe. Works great. Raised it like 2 inches.

Bending the hangers and getting hanger bushings helps too.

Chopping all the mounts and tucking the exhaust above the frame rails works the best.

Here ya go. A lot more clearance than initially. Unfortunately I didn't take a pic of it at its worst but you know how bad it can be. There was a big difference.
