I am RACKING my brain about the name of a certain game. I cannot remember it for the life of me and I fear I may have made this all up in my head

It was damn near a launch title, because I picked it up around the same time I bought resident evil. The game was....

you were a tank, the game was always birds eye view, and the soundtrack was entirely classical music. The 1st stage you were blowing shit up while listening to in the hall of the mountain king.

The game was also on the 3dO system, and it was in the movie "in the army now" with pauly shore. He plays it in the beginning at the store before they think about enlisting.

I will posirep someone for the next 5 years if they can tell me the name of this game.

wow that return fire game looks like teh tank version of Desert strike.

you know what game blew my mind away , it was before gran turismo came out.. a ps1 game called Peak Performance.. i think it was renamed and had a chevy truck on the boxart so people probably didnt pay much attention to it.. but you could adjust blow off valves etc.. first time i realized the s13 silvia had a different front end was from this game lol

also, there's one psx game i can't remember the name of. little help: it was kind of like die hard arcade in style, you ran around, fixed camera more or less, very arcade-ish action, picking up guns and weapons to use, fightin' baddies in a building and on streets and shit. fight, or fury, or something was in the title.

I remember playing resident evil on my aunts bose sound system wired throughout her entire house. It was SO FUCKING CREEPY when a zombie was down the hall, because it sounded like it was in the bedroom, and jumped rooms when it got closer to you in the game.

Jesus, buying FF7 was almost detrimental to my high school career. Picking it up around 5pm, playing the entire night and was 2 hrs late to school in the morning.

I had a 1002hp worked Supra in gran turismo that had the worst turbo lag EVER! When you were on the grid, you had to rev it for at least 8 seconds to get to any sort of useable powerband. After that it was game over, nothing could keep up with it

yea I popped in 7 for a bit. when I 1st threw it in it looked disgusting, then I thought that maybe the cables I was using were too much for the picture and switched back to the original cables....cleaned it up like a charm

I think its safe to say that tekken 2 was the 1st "better than the arcade" game to hit home consoles, anyone else agree?
