5 speed swap... do i need that flywheel spacer thingy?
i'm in the process of doing a 5 speed swap on a 93 coupe. I finally got the damn auto pilot bearing out. I noticed there was round spacer around it with 6 holes for the flywheel. Is this some sort of flywheel spacer and do i need it for the 5 speed?

that is where your fly wheel bolts up. no spacer needed. there are plenty of write ups for this.

please search, my buddy did it himself with out asking any questions because he did his homework (searched on the web for like 3 months before he tackled the job)
but my buddy is like that he only ask for help when he is double checking the information he read, like comparing his notes.
