17x9 work emotion CR kai wheels

I'm about to order some 17x9 work emotion wheels for my S13 hatch. I have 2 options for offsets... +17 and +28. I dont have any body mods yet but i will pry have to roll the fenders. I'll pry go with a 215/45 for front and 235/40 or 225/45 for rear tires and was wondering which offset to choose? I already have Z32 brakes and 5 lug hubs but i'll be getting coilovers soon. I'd rather not have the wheels stick way out from the fenders so if i could i'd like to get spacers with the 28 offset, i'm goin for the flush look so any info would help out a lot. Thanks

17x9 +17 with 215/45 all round will fit if you roll your fenders and have a little negative camber on an S13. S14's are even easier to make them fit.

There are tons of pic of people running 17x9 +15 (fn01rc) you can use as a reference.

9s in the front with a 28offset will hit the coilover. Meaning you'll have to go 17mm offset. Which means they'll stick out a good bit. Also, putting a 215/45 on a 9 is a pretty big stretch, id go with a 235/4o all around- Rob
