Besides being the stupidest thing I have ever seen on ebay....I think we should go and buy some and put them on ricers cars, since they don't have any...

I see those all the time on big lifted bubba trucks, but they use raquet or tennis balls inside panty hose so the can keep them up close to the truck or really really low.
