PLEASE HELP ME!! S13 ca18det does not respond

The car just wouldn't go. I've check turbo is working fine. There are no problems with the idle. Its just that the car wouldn't go fast. I drive like it would stay 60 and of course the longer you drive the faster it goes. Still its slow going out a junction or anything. Its automatic transmission. Got it last week, until now i can't solve the problem, MAF sensor is good.

There are so many things that could cause that ...

the first 3 i can think of are a dying fuel pump, an out of position CAS, and timing belt out a couple of teeth. Start there.

So yes I think the problem is that my piston rings are going. The breather gives out too much smoke when i drive.
