Hey guys I love the Do-Luck front piece for the 240 but the only place I've found it is takakaira.com and they want 800 someodd dollars for this front piece plus I would have to get it shipped over on top of that. But all thier US prices seem high as crap so if anyone knows where I could find this front piece would be more than helpful

That's not high... They do have a US distributor, I can find it if you really want it, but they are about the same price... 800 isn't that high of a markup from the yen price esp.. gotta have a profit margin you know..
I paid 750 each for a JUN front bumper and hood, the quality was insane, you get what you pay for... |

I know of one. But is gonna cost alot of $. I tried to import over the RXB, FLB, and RLB bars. It was going to be over 1k$ 300 of it was shipping and comission fees

Well yeah I really want to know the American distributor Bluesix, 300 or more in shipping tends to hurt my feelings a little bit. 800 is a little high to me but 1100 is ridiculous when all Im getting is a front piece. Im buying a Carbon Fiber hood too so any money that can be saved needs to be saved. Im about to be one broke beauty!

Ok, I'll look for it I have the phone number and the website written down somewhere...
S13Girl.. Well, I have some pics of the car, unfortunately the bumper was pretty much ruined by a 5 gallon gas can that flew into the highway in front of me a while ago... I am not sure if I will be able to repair it... I will try and find a way to post the old pics though, since it looked *really nice.... I'm just glad the hood is still 100% perfect, thats the best part of the kit =P |

Thanks for all the info BlueSix I really appreciate that However, Uhhhhhhhh yeah those guys wanted 985 dollars for that bloody piece of fiberglass or urethane. If I pay $1000 for a front piece it better be carbon fiber or bulletproof or something........I guess I'll find another front piece.......Any Suggestions

####, that is expensive... That is a really nice front piece tho..... If I were you I'd look at the underspoilers on PDM's site... I like those, I also like JUN but they are expensive too... Also pieces like that are really impractical.. I know from experience.. They come down too low and too far forward, you have to be REALLY careful around any kind of inclined driveway or anything that has an angle to it... And if your car is lowered don't even think about it unless its a show car only... Just my 2c

#### 900 bucks for a THIN front bumper?.. ouch.. i was already sad enough that my bomex bumper cost me 350.. eek.. oh well at least those kits are quality.. even though they are FLIMSY.. the 150 dollar VIS bumper i had before was like a billion times thicker.. too bad it didnt even fit right.. so thats your choice.. just be CAREFUL with whatever japanese bumper you get..

Well, I dunno about Do-Luck, but I know that JUN front bumpers are NOT flimsy... They use fairly thick fiberglass that held up to a LOT of scrapes on driveways, including some that I KNEW had to have cracked it, but didn't... The fit was also 100% perfect...
In the end, the only thing that took it out was hitting one of those 5 gallon red plastice gasoline containers at ~60 mph on the interstate.... |
