Sundi240, are you crazy????? The bass sound of a 240 is quite different than a mosquito attack by a civic....or a hooked up Kia....................my car sounds more like a Dodge 1500 than anything lol.....

um... have you heard an exhaust on a 240? the 2.4 liters of displacement give it a deeper and meaner sound. of course, i have heard some pretty nasty exhaust on the 240. nothing like the fart can sound of a 1.6 or 1.8 liter engine...

Yah I guess it's pretty deep and bassy. At least it doesnt sound like a weed-eater like ALL Civics do.
Still doesn't compare to the sound of a V8, you know what I'm talkin about Bill

I am here because I was originally going to get a 240SX. I mean they are beautiful cars. I liked the S14 the most. The problem is they are frickin expensive for what you get! I mean almost 14K CDN for a good shape S14, I mean shelly, c'mon! They are one of the few RWD imports at relative low cost (no 40-45k Supra TT's). Plus a buddy from work gave me a rip in a slightly modded Stang and that was enough to sell me right there. I just love the sound and the torque is crazy, plus they are a lot cheaper than 240's (S14 at least), especially when I want to modify my car.
