What size rivets to use for overfenders ect?

So guys when riveting on body parts what size rivets do you guys use? The short, medium or long ones? Also will it crack the fiberglass?

I would suggest a variety... You'll need to use the one that reaches through the body and overpanel

You may want to use washers to help prevent cracking. I would use 3/16" diameter aluminum rivets. The steel ones would probably crack the fiberglass as they clamp quite a bit tighter. Just my opinion though as I have not installed any...........YET.
