1995 240sx

ok so i just finished my auto to 5 spd swap and it drove fine and shifts fine but...

when i slow down and its in neutral it shakes like crazy, then i put it in gear while i slow down and it stops.....

but everytime its in nuetral and i slow down it shakes like crazy,

anybody know what this can be

I'm not sure, but a good thing would be to check your idle speed. I know there's a point when the RPM's get too low that the engine will start to shake badly, but in the RPM's just above that it stops shaking and runs smooth. Once again, not sure, but maybe something to check since you just swapped anyways.

the engine idles fine, i think its the drive shaft, might be un balanced

all fixed i found out the problem.

i used a s13 trans on a s14, and the s13 had this dustboot metal cover that was rubbing agaisnt the driveshaft which was straining it alil bit

took that boot off and no more noise
