Exclamation Tach/Speedometer doesn't work! Help!

I was typing a essay here.. and well pressed back space and deleted all of it.

If you want for info for the following just ask:
Used to DD a 510, got in a fender bender, now I need to DD a S13.

Now, on with the important stuff.
Did some work on the exhaust mani (Studs were broken off)
Tach/Speedo use to work, now they don't.
Gas gauge sorta reads, temp is dead, and im getting a dim light at the battery light.
Battery hasn't died yet so I doubt it's a charging problem.
The sliding seat belt mounting points on the roof also stopped working..
Checked all fuses, they check out.
Also, at high RPM under load, the fuel seems to cut out.. I can mash on the throttle all I want it won't do anything.
Im not sure as to what triggers it, but it seldom happens. It's almost as if it starts missing, then falls flat on it's face until I downshift.
Now, let these pics do the talking.

pour a gallon of gasoline on the engine then light a match to exactly 230 degrees F then throw match on gasoline then everything will work

Sounds legit, should it be 91 octane?
Rather, I'll use some jet fuel to burn it, that should should in theory burn hotter and fix everything correct?

The Tach problems seems to be related to the 75a fuse.
