i think cosplay is fun, just some people get into their characters too much, kinda like how when people play wow, and totally hate their lives so they try to live another one through a character somewhere.

I used to cosplay when I had more time, not so much anymore. I might do Tezuka from Prince of Tennis at Acen, if I have time. I also might do Squal from FFVIII. I take a LOT of time for my costumes, and I put all the details in. If I can't get it how I want I just won't do it. I'd have to dig out pictures, but me and my friends are about on the same cosplay level as the pictures everyone is posting.

Also, small note, Kakashi doesn't read porno. He reads cheesy romance novels, kinda the Japanese equivalent of those books with Fabio on the cover. I think that makes it even funnier.

I may be a into anime and used to be into games but cosplay is a line I'll never cross.
I still remember the stigma associated with it 15 years ago. Now it's cool to be an otaku I guess.

As I said, I don't really cosplay much anymore. When I was younger I did it more, but now I find myself growing out of it and having less time. IF I cosplay at Acen it will be my only time doing so in like over a year. Besides, the people I cosplayed with consisted mostly of those hot asian girls...I remember many fun times in the hotel rooms where they wanted to mess around in costume...fun times indeed.

I've ordered the sharingan contacts from 9mmsfx, they fit me great. Don't really wear them for everyday use, although I feel like popping them in every once in a while to weird some of my friends out or wear to a concert. Nothing like being in a dark club dressed totally normal and nice, and then have those weird red eyes under the black lights and club lights, lol. The double takes people do are priceless.

The ones that cover the entire eye are a bitch to put in, but once they're in they're like normal contacts and you can't feel them. The ones that cover your whole eye (meaning your pupil, as well) are "blind" and you can't see when you wear them.

i had one because my friend used to work for an Ear, Eye, Nose and Throat guy, and they had them in to fuck with them, and those fucking things HURT. like, they HURT HURT. also they had a silver one with a hole in the middle to look out of, but it had tribal shit around the pupil hole so it was kind of lame, but i bet you could roll daily with them, if you hated eyeballs
