hey everyone, im conducting a survey for my psychology class regarding willingness to help. it will take about less than 5 minutes.

id really appreciate your help guys/gals.

Its not working. It being a Word document shouldn't be a problem on my mac right???

2 down, thanks! I dont know why its not working for you...i think its because the file is saved as a 2003 Word doc...
