I'm new here from East TN and just picked up an s13 coupe. I've always been into European stuff and older American cars but never really into these. I ended up picking my car up cheap in non running shape, turned out the distributor rotor had broken, $6 later and it runs great (with AC!).

ANYWAYS I was wondering if there was a reputable engine importer around here, I have found a lot of places that I can have them shipped but I would really rather see what I'm buying before I drop the cash on it. I just want a completely stock red top sr20..

I see that now. For some reason I was under the impression that you were from TN and moved to FL (thought this subforum was more region specific).

Either way, still a good place for clean motors. All the local guys run motors from JDM Tech with no problems.

you can go to track one motorsports there in Franklin, tn its about a 2 hour drive from you though but its a easy drive take i24 the whole way heres ther website Track One Motorsports
