SR ticking on det

just noticed a ticking noise on the intake side of the det during idle. right by the intake runners it sounds like. any ideas?

probably a valve sticking (burned valve?) but could be a lot of other things (like timing chain clatter, or even an injector).

hahah yah, well the injectors opening and shit, I would assume. im no expert but I swear that they make noise.

on sr's if air gets into your lifters you will get a ticking noise

my SR sounds the same, loud injectors, but it runs perfectly. i thought at first it was the lifters tapping but its not, its definatly coming from the injectors. all 4 stock, all 4 sounds the same.

My SR has been ticking a little also lately. So if it is air in the lifters how do you get it out/or get it to quit ticking. Also if an arm is loose how do you fix it.
