Ka24de-T lean issue

The problem: car sat for a month or so in between track days and when i went to take it for a little drive around the block it now runs lean when cruizing 16/17:1(it previously ran at around 12/13:1 yes rich but didnt have tuner spend much time on street driving as its a dedicated track car) and as soon as it hita atmospheric or above it starts to lean out even more(yes the gauge is right, you can feel the car lean out, hear it, and plugs have white residue on them)

What ive tried to fix the issue :
-going into fuel table on nistune and riching it out a few columbs earlier.(changed back now)
-wiring fuel pump right to battery with relay
-checked for boost leaks
-checked tps
-new fuel filter
-tried a brand new maf
-upping fuel pressure, same results just slightly richer.
-checked tank to make sure i had gas haha, half a tank.
-checked spark plugs, all still near new and gapped correctly.

Motor setup :
-s14 ka24de with s13 electronics and ecu
-nistune ecu tuned on a dyno by a very good tuner
-z32 TT maf
-550cc deatchworks injectors
-ISR gt28 replica turbo thing
-tial 38mm external wastegate
-AEM fuel pressure regulator
-ISR 255lph fuel pump
-mix of 91/94 octane gas in tank

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, not sure what it could be at this point. Thanks guys.
