I went to the track here in Orlando tonight on some super stiff sidewall Autocross tires. They are sticky but are not meant for drag racing at all. Here's my best run:

R/T .707
60' 2.192
330' 5.680
1/8 8.362
MPH 92.50
1000 10.660
1/4 12.574
MPH 118.21

I weighed the car, it's 2840 without me in it. I am fat. Therefore it is 3120 with me in it. I am going to dyno tomorrow so I will post the new numbers. This run was with my new intercooler and new turbo. It's a T3/T4 Stage 3 exhaust .63 A/R and a T04E Compressor 60-1 .70 A/R
I am hoping for close to 400rwhp and 400+ RWTQ.
My mods list is in my sig, click the link.

that's a high trap speed for that time. i think it'll run low 12's with good tires.

I am sure the car would hit 11's with slicks and a clutch. I was running 25psi at the time. I might try 30psi next time.

Well.... I dont think I'll see 10's but I wouldnt mind cracking the 11's. The car is not set up for drag, I just wanted to see what it would do.

Anything is for sale for the right price.

No clue what the other car was, I never saw him.

Uh - yeah - it's either you or the tires that car's faster than that

That 60' time would be great if you were pushing sub 200 hp and tq. It looks like the car isn't hooking up very well - I know a pretty stock Civic Si can hit a 2.2-.1 60' w/ a good driver.

With a better launch you should be in 11's pretty easily.

(re-reading this it sounds a little mean - but it isn't meant to be. It's 50% joke, 50% input)

HippoSleek- Thanks for your input. I do know what the problem is, well it's two fold actually. First, the fact that I am on 225/50/16 tires with extremely stiff sidewalls is not good for traction. Second, my clutch was designed for 267 lb/ft of torque measured at the flywheel. There is the catch 22. If I put on big slicks, I'll fry the clutch. All I do is spin the tires all the way through second as it is so yeah, I know the cars faster than that but I don't have the proper equipment yet.

That makes total sense. With that equipment, you've got way too much power to hook up. Seeing your trap speed and e.t., its clear that power is NOT an issue - but traction is. I shudder to think how fast your car will run if you got all the straight line goodies on there

How fast before you need a roll cage?

I will have to get a cage when I go 11.99 or quicker. Along with a scatter shield and some other safety crap. So basically, if I hook up I will be asked to leave

Holy cow man. That's super fast. You car looks really nice too. You should go and surprise some Porsche and Ferrari owners. The look on their face as you pass them by would be priceless How long has it taken you to do all of these mods to your car?

shoot, my biggest peice of advice is to get the r/t time down on the .5 's of .6's that will help a lot, if your really into it i know you can get a tree for your house, good r/t can beat faster cars

Sounds like you might actually go faster with less boost. I'd worry about running 30psi if you know the equipment isn't even ready for 20. I'm sure it's fast as hell once it hooks up in third, but then you're hooking up in third instead of getting some decent traction in 2. But what do I know, I've never even been to a drag race.
