Front dragging, burned out clutch help!
hello, i recently put in new kyb shocks, brembo brake rotors, new lower control bar, and control rod and brake pads. when i drove around the car today, the clutch got burned out. i think something is dragging the car causing the clutch to burn. does anyone have any ideas on what might be the problem?

do you literally hear something dragging under the car or are your brakes grabbing and not letting go properly?

maybe a bad caliper...... if ur pedal isnt all goofy then there would be no problem with the slave cylinder...
check ur calipers.... and then jack up ur car and have a friend press the clutch pedal while u look under to see if the fork is returning ...... thats all i can offer...

I asked because if it is the brakes that are dragging, it can be one of 2 things:
1. Calipers: (no explanation needed there) 2. output rod needs adjustment (thank MrMeph for this one, my problem was calipers and it didn't fuck my clutch): remove MC, hold the rod with a pair of pliers and turn the nut just inside that rod with an open end wrench, turn clockwise to adjust in the direction that would fix the problem you describe... please excuse my lack of application in explaining concisely what needs to be done here, Kev told me and I found it in the FSM just in case I needed it, then I didn't
