Out put shafts wont go into s14 Diff
So i recently Plate welded my s14 differential. Well everything was put back together correctly as i thought until i tried putting the output shafts back in. The left side where i put the shortest shaft went in all the way but the right side (longer shaft) will not go in all the way. its stuck pretty far out (the shaft). One of my friends notice a ring moving in side of the spline? My main question is how or why is the shaft not going in? its a stock 95 differential and we have tried pounding it in and its just stuck? Please need help ASAP!

Well we took everything apart and out of the diff. Then welded the diff and then put it back to gether we put it back to gether crooked but then took it out and put it back in and we thought or think it's aligned correctly. And one side ( left side) goes in all the way she shouldn't it be put back together correctly? Or can the plate affect the outpost?
