89 fastback, OE 5-speed, DOHC swap, clean!

Up for sale is my 1989 SE fastback. It is an original 5-speed car and has been dualcam swapped. I swapped the engine myself, so I know it's done right and there's no janky shit involved. The car has 163k on it and the engine has more like 135k. Runs strong and smooth, NO LEAKS, NO ISSUES. The car was smogged on 4/14/15 so it shouldn't need to be smogged upon purchase as it's good for 90 days. The car drives smooth and straight, all the balljoints and steering rack are good. The tires are in excellent shape, LOTS of tread, NO punctures/patches, NO rot/cracking. It has power door locks and windows. ALL the wipers/washers work. ALL exterior lights work. I spent a LOT of time and money making sure this car was right and everything works. The paint is in very good shape, but could use to be polished and waxed. The body is not perfect. It has a rocker panel and quarter panel dent on the left side. It has a couple small dents on the right rear corner. The left front fender is beat-up and it's got normal scattered small dents around the rest of the car. The interior is clean, but the dash is cracked. On the downside it does not have air conditioning as I did not have a DOHC A/C system for it. Truthfully I would rather not sell the car, but it makes no sense to keep 2 fastbacks. This would be a PERFECT starter car. ALL the maintenance is done and you can skip straight to mods. CLEAN title in hand, in MY name...

MODS:
-S14 driver's seat
-Pioneer head unit w/aux input and new speakers all around
-Nismo shift knob
-late model door latches (no auto un-lock when the doors are closed)
-braided steel P/S hose
-Peak performance trans mount
-urethane tension rod bushings
-urethane subframe bushing inserts
-Tein S-tech springs W/KYB shocks
-VLSD
-clutch hydraulic dampener deleted
-Greddy 60mm exhaust

MAINTENANCE:
-ALL new fluids
-air filter
-fuel filter
-belts
-radiator hoses
-coolant bypass hose (under intake mani)
-fuel hoses
-spark plugs, wires, cap & rotor
-front crank seal
-A/C delco battery
-cleaned throttlebody, idle valves, and MAF sensor
-de-carb service
-cleaned EGR ports
-coolant sensor
-O2 sensor
-rear trans seal
-engine mounts
-wiper blades (all 3)
-thermostat
-clutch master cyl
-clutch slave cyl
-new catalytic converter
-gas cap

ALL parts were installed new by me within the last couple months. I'm SURE that I'm forgetting a couple small things as well. This isn't even mentioning all the little things that I fixed just to get everything working like it should.

This is a VERY solid car and I am not willing to let it go for cheap. I can assure you it's worth every penny. It's hard to find these cars in anything near clean condition anymore. This one is not only pretty clean and presentable, but it is also EXTREMELY well maintained and needs literally nothing but to be modified. I know you can find other cars with more parts for about the same price, but those cars are going to be thrown together shitpiles that need a bunch of maintenance just to keep it running.

SOLD!

After reading all the description and working my way down I thought you where going to set a high price, but 3.5k is really good, should sell at that price easily

Are you still selling this? I'm going to be rolling by Simi Valley in the near future.

Had to make an account to say this is one of those few(maybe less than 10% total) really clean 240s.

Only problem is you're asking $3500 and not $4500.

(source: I've had 3 people knock on my door this year for my car which is quite similar to this, dented driver's fender and all, with a high offer of $3500)

Thanks man, I appreciate it! I don't think $4500 would be reasonable though. If it had A/C and the complete interior I could definitely see $4K. If the body was perfect I wouldn't sell it, I would swap all my parts on it. HAHA!
