ok so my battery died the other day so i had my friend jump me off and when we connected the jumper cables up and was charging the battery my friend decided to touch the positive and negative cables together, after yelling at him for being an idiot i go to jump my car and it just cranks so i bought a new battery and still the same. im not getting any spark or fuel i checked fuses and the engine control fuse is blown so i replace that and still nothing. my lights radio all come on and it cranks hard but no fuel or spark again. so i dont know if the ecu is fried or not there are no burn marks in the ecu as far as i can tell but could it still be the ecu?

Keep checking fuses.. thats my advise.. also check fuses inside the car.. ECU shouldnt be fried from something like that.. Ive done multiple times to my own car which i would not condone.. lol..

check the fuses again.. it could be coinsidence that maybe something else is shorting out.

what are the fuses under the steering wheel for? where do i get the fuses from? (dont flame me)

Have you taken the cover off of there to look?

It says exactly what each fuse is for.

And have you visited your local Autozone or Advance Auto Parts stores lately?
