Im currently putting a '93 ka24de in my 1989 240sx. I really want to have air conditioning in it but i cannot figure out how to do it. The hook up coming out of the firewall is a different sizes and the compressors mount differently so i cannot swap them. If anyone has succesfully put ac in a dual cam swapped 240 please tell me how.

And yes i searched, but if missed something, please let me know.

Use the DOHC compressor, cut/weld the SOHC lines to fit. Just like hot rod guys have done for forty years.
