does it come with the harness and everything needed for install ?

sorry, yes the harness is on it, I can take pics of it if anyone is interested but you basically are just tapping 6 wires in near the ECU, so there isn't much to see unless you want to see some bare wires on the other end. I don't have the instruction booklet for this anymore but that can easily be found online.

I might be just a little flexable on the price, but not willing too move too far.

timing tensioner went on my motor and messed it up nice and good, I'm not into this stuff as much as I used to be so i'm just looking for a stock KA to toss in there, not worried about getting an SR, just want the car back on the road.
