No heat and it's getting cold ...
I've done a bunch of trial and error and as of right now I'm stumped at the blend door. Pretty sure I have it located in just unsure of the way it works... Might sound stupid. Anyways is there any way I could manually open it just so I always have heat? Also whenever I click any other setting besides both hands and feet it squeals and then gives some annoying clicking noise. Not sure if that's related. When I slide it from cold to hot it sounds like something tries to move but I don't see anything moving... Any help cause cold weather & rain is getting hard to drive in

how do you know that the heater core works? if your heater core is plugged, you wont get heat. there is also a shut off valve for the core. s13 shutoff is part of the heater box, s14 is in the engine bay.

tried to flush the heater core and it all seemed fine. That's why I'm onto the heater valve. It sounds like it tries to move but nothing does so I'm assuming it's stuck closed? I'm wondering if I could just manually stick it open for now ?

OMG I could've hit a shut off for my core? I just looped the POS because I didn't have time to swap it out before Final Bout

If u wanna try to manually open and close it u can follow the cable that connects to ur hvac/heater control knob down to ur heater box. The cable should be attached to a lever on the heater box. U can manually move it there...there's a clip that holds the cable to the hvac control panel that some times falls off
