New Axel making weird noise

Just replaced my leaking passenger axle with a brand new one from advance auto, not reman'd.

Anyways now im hearing a weird off balance wooing sound from that wheel. Almost sounds like a wheel bearing but i dont see that happening. It was fine right before I did the install.

Its worse when i accelerate. Im wondering if it matters what way its bolted on the diff side? since it could be 3 diff ways. Or is this thing defective?

any input would help, thanks
