Hi guys! My name is Antanas I'm from Illinois and I started my build journey back in may of 2010. I have always been a big fan of the coupes and that's what I decided on building. Here are a couple pictures from the day I had purchased it I picked this car up in holland Michigan, the car had an sr swap already in it( motor was bone stock) and was pretty solid but exterior of the car wasn't in the best condition, but since the chassis was rust free i decided on buying it. I ended up driving it that whole summer without doing a single thing to it, but had plans to tear it down and upgrade a couple things that winter.
I had ended up doing a five lug swap using ichiba hubs because I had a couple bad wheel bearing and I figured it was a good time to just upgrade. I also ended up buying a set of 18x9.5+15 18x10.5+15 sbc rpf1's for the car along with a full origin stylish kit. Ohh and I also bought some suspension links as well, Pbm toe rods and battle version rucas. Here are a couple more photos from this stage of the car.
I eventually got bored with the onevia look and decided to go Silvia front
At first the car was really ugly because I was waiting for my bumper to come in and I didn't want to not run a bumper at all, so I just dealt with the look. Eventually I got my bumper which was a version select vi basically a g-corp rep.
I once again got bored with the look for the car and decided it was time to paint it and change the color. I ended up bringing the car over to one of my really good friends house for him to do the body work and paint. I ended up choosing Chryslers brilliant black Chrystal pearl as my paint.

And then right after paint! I was super happy with the way it had turned out
After this I finally made it out to my first Drift day, because of the fresh paint I decided to not run bumpers or anything because I didn't want to mess up the fresh paint
The car felt great and ripped all day long and was super happy that I didn't break anything and was able to make the 4.5 hour drive home.
Unfortunately the car didn't last more than a couple months after this event. I ended up letting someone drive the car and they ended up totaling the car
But after weighing my options out I decided on just fixing this chassis and the build process started all over again. With the help of some friends we pulled the motor and chopped the front end all the way to the strut towers
Once again I brought it to my friends house for him to do the needed body work and paint again. I also decided on tubing the wheel wells at this time to get some extra clearance.
I decided on painting my engine bay some basic gold. and once again the car was all back together and looking good again with a few upgrades including the dmax hood, rocket bunny fenders and an origin stylish front bumper
After getting the car back home the next step was to drop the motor back in.
The motor is an s13 black top with a couple upgrades

I also had purchased some new wheels for the car, I decided on ssr minervas. I really love the look of these wheels and they are one of my favorites! the sizing on these are: fronts 18x9.5 -32 with a 225/40 and rears 18x10.5 -30 235/40 lip sizes are 5 and 5.5" after the tires were mounted went straight home to put them on the car I was super happy with the way everything turned out! Next step was to load it on the trailer and bring it to tf works to get some intercooler piping made and have the car wired up
I had also decided to go with a street faction bash bar, I read up on these and seemed like it was the best quality/ fitting bash bar you could buy. Sure enough this thing bolted up and fit like a glove! Also made my bumper sit perfect on the car, no sagging what so ever.
Finally after a couple weeks the car was ready to be picked up and I was super happy the way it had turned out

After this the next step was to get it tuned, the car was tuned on an apexi power Fc and made 350whp/320 torque at 19psi of boost on 93 pump gas
All done only step after this was to enjoy the car!! After 3 years of putting this thing back together I couldn't wait to drive it again! But first there was one more thing I wanted to do to the car and that was to make a custom battery tie down. I just ended up buying some metal from menards and welded a tray and tie down together I just ended up using some rivnuts to attach it to the car. That's it, finally done! Full mod list for the car :

Update:
So the last Drift event I attended I ended up breaking my front fenders and front n rear bumpers got destroyed, so I pulled everything off the car including side skirts. I figured since everything else was getting redone why not respray these as well. Since it's winter the car just sits in the garage, hopefully the weather gets nice soon and I can start driving it again
I also purchased a tomei coil pack cover, I have wanted one of these for a while just never got around to buying one.
I love the way the way it looks, definitely a nice fishing touch.
