Well one of you guys can smack me if im wrong but i have read that the first six months of production that 240's had a stronger front cross member than any S13's after that. What i read was that a lot of people complained about ride qaulity and so nissan decided to weaken the front cross member in favor of ride qaulity. Since my car was built in 8/88 i would have the beffy front cross member...

hmm, mine was made 1/89. What month did production start? It may explain one of the reasons my 89 feels so much tighter than my 90.
In the meantime, for you S14 guys: S14 card holder. fits into dash (in one of the slots on either side of the wheel I think). So if you want to carry business cards, you can do it oem pimp style. |

Hmmm... I have a Med Blue (BP3?) s14 SE, cloth interior, with no LSD and no ABS. Don't see many of those and yes, it IS an SE... (5 bolt, sunroof, white gauges)

My s14 SE had all that shit.. 'cept it was black. But I don't have LSD or ABS either.
Do have roof, gauges and 5-lug. The catch? I believe it's 'cuz my car came automatic.

Your car does kinda kill the earlier theory about the auto's being the only ones without the LSD. So I guess all I got is the "single model year color" |

there were 3655 koukis sold in 1997 and 2178 sold in 1998, making a USDM kouki s14 more rare than a ferrari modena! of course "rarity" doesnt actually mean anything but lack of numbers...

1995 Production: 25,114 1996 Production: 7,334 that makes a grand total of 32,448 USDM zenkis. i would put the total number of kouki's at lower than 5,000: some were invariably lost to crashes, etc. just my guess. im glad i own 0.02% of the kouki community!
