i got a 92 240sx automatic and the transmission is slipping like crazy. thinkin its the torque converter but i cant find. any help?

Honestly, what does it matter?
If the torque converter is no good, or of some of the clutches are worn out, just replace the whole thing. You can get auto transmissions for 240's for a song. It'll be cheaper and easier to do that than pull it apart and replace individual parts.
