The best mounts you can use are the Skyo Mount kit not expensive and they give you the elbow to clear the steering column... I'm using these in my S13 they are ridiculously strong...
U need a skyline TT, Supra TT, or 300zx fuel filter... 255lph fuel pump or higher depending on power goals Your best bet is to also source a R33 crossmember for your swap it'll position the motor back more in the engine bay Oem gasket kit, water pump, and oil pump wouldn't be a bad idea before you drop it in O and I forgot 1pc driveshaft

As of right now I'm just going to do nothing but bolt ons and a good tune. I know these motors can reach an easy 400hp on nothing but bolt ons. So fuck it RB swap is an expensive swap but oh we'll ME LIKeY they RB XD I'll post pics up of the motor as soon as it gets here

Where are you getting the motor from? Friend or engine place... Highly suggest refreshing the motor if you plan on touching 400hp

All i used:
R33 cross member Syko mount kit (if you go this route, you will need a auto tranny member or r33 tranny cross member) Upgraded fuel filter and fuel pump 1 piece drive shaft Down pipe Intercooler piping Turbo timer Boost controller. Both of these are for preventive measures. A/F controller if you got bigger injectors Fpr And replacing the standard stuff , timing belt, oil pump , fluids, belts, etc. If you are going wild with it like I am: Wastegate Bigger turbo Modify oem mani or go with a quality exhaust manifold.. Love fab, 6boost, raw brokerage, or if you have the big monies, go full race Some sort of engine management.... Haltech loves rb's ;-) Cams with decent lift Q45 tb Freddy or greddy intake mani or just mod the oem like some do..(not a fan of it) Replace oem coil packs with upgraded or go ls1 for series 2 Rb Bigger rail with 700+ injectors Something bigger than 255 walboro for fuel pump Forge pistons , I've always been a big believer of not boring out the motor if you are going 500hp or less. <---- only applies to Rb. Clutch 1k won't get you too far in terms of Rb parts. The only thing that is consistent with all Rb owners is Rb is a very expensive, but fun motor. |

Get ready to spend another 3-4k. Its the small things that end up being the most expensive, they really add up. Have someone professionally do your wiring harness. Wanted to try this.

If you have to ask any more questions after reading this then there is something wrong with you.

Hahah so true. Rb swap info is everywhere. But for starters, use 300zx 93-96 filter for oil and fuel. Move the battery to the trunk to create more room in the engine bay. You can get away with just the r33 crossmember but make sure you hammer our the firewall where the transmission tunnel is and grind down the turbo elbow for clearance to the steering column. And get ready to not be impressed when you fire it up on the stock ecu. The stock ecu is garbage. Also i highly recommend a bigger radiator and running the rb25 clutch fan for which you might need to cut the radiator support.

Look on rawbrokerage.com i recall seeing one there or it could have been NICO. But get mckinney or syko mounts, you will save yourself many headaches in the future - trust me i wish i had a mount kit instead of my current set up.

the syko motormount kit only fits for the rb33 crossmember. if his crossmember is a replica of a r33 and same quality or stronger then i shall call him =]

Drive shaft, fuel filter, fuel pump, power steering lines if you choose to keep it... What harness are you use? The factory Rb or wiring specialities... Etc?

Seriously syko are best mounts i wish i went that route. I just did and r33 croasmember and driveshaft and custom tranny mount but if i did it again - syko. No mckinney unless you have a small brain.

Don't use chase bays... Get a Wiring specialties harness... Fuel pump look into a Bosch 44 or Aeromotive for the goals you want
