Been looking at the web for some time now, most sources tells me that they are the same, but I just want to make sure so that when I am done rebuilding them brakes off of a S13, it will fit on a S14.

they are almost the same the s14 ebrake bracket is different just remove the bracket off the s13 brakes and install the s14 one and you should be fine.

Exactly. The ebrake bracket that secures the cable is different and has to be swapped over.
