I have an alpine cda 9833, and it skips ALL THE TIME. I've been looking online and everyone says alpines have great anti-skip features and they are sooo great, but mine isnt. The first thing everyone says is to make sure it is bolted in right, and mine is snug. should I buy some sort of lens cleaner? anyone who can help, please reply

Try get a CD lense cleaner kit, and make sure your CD isn't scratched.
